What Are the First Steps?
First Step of the planning is to have a cup of tea and a chat, get to know each other, and for us to hear all about your dreams for your big day and then for us to find out how we can help you to achieve it.
If you are happy to work with us and we have that chemistry then we will go to the next stage which is the creative part of the planning.
Who are you?
Getting to know each couple is a fundamental part of the planning process, finding out what is unique about you as everyone is unique and your wedding should reflect you, it is our job at this stage to find out about your tastes, preferences and quirks, it is our job to completely understand you, read between the lines and ask enough questions to get ideas that would work for you, this is the stage that helps to create your design that suits your personalities and taste.
What is the Design Process?
The design process is simply where the magic happens! This is where we use our skills, experience and creativity combined with your story to create the design that is truly you.
We initially stay away from the internet and anything around us that will influence our design, we use our imagination and build something unique to you so it feels new fresh and something that has not been done before, we present to you the idea, put together colour palettes, design elements and personal touches that will be uniquely yours, your story wrapped in a beautifully designed and planned event that completely represents you.
What are the Final Steps?
The final steps are to go over the plan to ensure we are happy with it, refine all the rough edges of the design and execute the plan. At this stage we can either hand over to you a look book for you to complete the final stages yourself or if you have chosen the full wedding planning service we will be there every step of the way to source, style, create and sleeves rolled up ready to work on the day of your wedding to ensure every detail is executed to perfection.
How are Payments Made?
All payments should be complete 3 months prior to your wedding date, payments made in full are offered a discount however payments are normally broken down one at the start, one during the middle of the planning and final payment 3 months prior to the wedding date.
What happens if we have to cancel or delay our wedding?
We at Hooray Weddings understand that due to various unforeseen circumstances weddings can be cancelled or delayed, if your wedding is delayed we can work with you to reschedule a date for you in the diary however should a wedding be completely cancelled Stage 1 of the planning fees are still payable.
